First and all, thank you for reading our blog — this comes from my sincere heart as a member of Shenzhen Zisteled Technology Co., Ltd. Today I want to talk about something close to our everyday collaboration: Our new warehouse in Europe, and a question some of our distributors have kindly asked us — “Will this move affect our interests?”
My short and clear answer is: No, absolutely not. Please allow me to explain why in a transparent and friendly way.

Our decision to set up local inventory in Europe is designed to meet two very specific needs — both aimed at improving service rather than shifting business away from our long-term partners:

- For urgent project orders – For example, some stadium lights like BA5 or BA7 might be needed for small but urgent projects where timing is critical. A European warehouse enables us to support such time-sensitive needs efficiently.
- To serve new clients faster – We want to provide samples quickly for quality checks and handle small trial orders without delays, which helps new customers start working with us smoothly.
What stays the same for our distributors？

- The European warehouse only holds a limited range of standard products in small quantities.
- All regular and bulk orders from our distributors continue to be shipped directly from China as always.
- While sea freight from China takes longer, our analysis shows that the total cost — including product pricing, logistics, and support — remains more competitive compared to ordering from the European warehouse.
In short, you don’t have to worry about price competition or losing value — your partnership with us remains strong and advantageous.
